Origin: Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. The vineyards are located on the southern slopes around the winery. The soil is marl. The planting density is 5500 vines / ha, with Guillaume formation.
Characteristics: Golden yellow color with greenish shades with aroma of ripe apple, vanilla and citrus fruits, with a well-integrated nose. Chardonnay Carafe De La Tour is a balanced, complex and powerful wine.
Serving suggestions: It goes well with meat and fish hors d’oeuvres, as well as with white meat dishes.
