Origin: Piave and Trento districts, Italy.
Winemaking: Rose technology – the grapes are pressed and passed a short infusion with the skins. The secondary fermentation takes place according to the Sharmat method.
Characteristics: The brilliant color of a peach bud with light purple hues. The chain is abundant and persistent. On the nose, the wine is fruity, with an aroma of pink grapefruit, raspberries and blueberries and a light tone of wild rose. Intense, fresh and well-balanced raspberry flavor with the right dryness.
Serving suggestions: Sparkling wine, suitable for any dish and aperitif, but especially suitable for fish and oysters. Excellent for consumption at 6-8˚C temperature. To be consumed within a year. The recommended serving cup is the flute.
