Origin: Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. Selected vineyards located on top of the hill in front of the cellar. Mostly northeastern and southwestern exposure. The soil is marl. The planting density is 5500 vines / ha, with Guillaume formation.
Characteristics: Straw yellow color with shades of green. Extremely intense and delicate aromas of peach, elderberry, grapefruit, tropical fruits, even lilac. Dense body, but at the same time velvety and elegant. Sauvignon de la Tour Collio has very good maturation potential.
Serving suggestions: Combine with appetizers and aromatic light dishes. Ideal for fish and seafood.
